NO SERVICE

Despite placing an order on 6 May, the delivery was not made on 11 May as agreed. I phoned on 11 May late in the afternoon to track the delivery, but was rudely told that no time of delivery could be provided and that I should wait until 05:30. I phoned this morning (12 May) and the lady asked me to hold while she investigates. She then put me on hold and then put the phone down in my ear. I have been phoning repeatedly since then, and just been cut off. The recipient spent an entire day waiting at home for nothing! <br> <br> We want our money back and an apology! Order nr: ***
