- They do not deliver same day as promised - They lie and advise good have been signed. When you phone the receiver, VOILA - The receiver is surprised and says: What gift? Leaving you EMBARASSED! - Customer Services (we know they just doing their job) , but all you get is copy and paste answers, with so so answers on delivery and mediocre empathy - This is not the first time this has happened to me with Netflorist BUT it is DEFINATELY the last time (this time for sure)

Remember, the service offered by Netflorist is an emotional service to ensure you can gift someone you love either birthday, anniversary or console someone through death heartache etc. Imagine not fulfilling that?
