No response to complaints

<p>I ordered flowers for a recently divorced manager at our company who was hospitalized. The arrangement should have contained a GET WELL baloon. Instead, this very emotional person received a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY baloon. This created an issue in that it appeared as though I had been careless in placing the order, Two emails to NetFlorist have yielded absolutely no response. Whilst the damage has been done and cannot be reversed, I would have thought that just a response to my complaint would have been a reasonable expectation.</p>
