No response regarding wrong item!

I ordered a specific item from netflorist on valentines day 2018, only to find that the incorrect product was delivered. I mailed them and one person responded asking for the tracking number, after i gave it i have not received a single response. I have tried contacting them numerous times but no one responded. I will definitely choose a different florist next time!!
