No response on failed delivery

Absolutely poor experience from Netflorist. I am left frustrated for a delivery that was NOT made to the intended recipients - my parents in their 60's who awaited the birthday gift. I have received a delivery note from Netflorist although the delivery was not made and NO response from Netflorist on what has gone wrong!! The ticket I raised has been closed as resolved?? HOW??? :( :(
