No reply on Queries

After placing my order (December 2022), they let me know that one of the gifts bought, will not be issued with the scarf ordered, which I asked them to keep it on hold and not credit, and when ack in stock to fulfill the order. To date (March 2023) no feedack or resolution offered to my query and no delivery of the missing item was received by my recipient. This is very bad service, no reply on mails or calls.
