NO REFUND RECEIVED

I am still waiting on my re fund for an order i made 12 of Feb 2018 and cancelled because i never received the order, and still no refund received and yet their company refund policy states that refunds are done 5-10 working days. It has been over a month NOW!

South Africa i plead PLEASE DO NOT USE NETFLORIST THIS COMPANY IS NOT WELL MANAGED!

I think they can just close down we will never miss them because they dont really do anything for this country.
