No refund receipt. Money not refunded in full

I have made a purchase without delivery on 13 Aug. Till today I am still trying to get a refund receipt from Netflorist . They have refunded only half the amount and someone has snitched the other half. It’s more than a month and they still cannot give me a refund receipt . How is that possible. They are just ******** and cheat their customers
