No refund proof received

I bought flower from netflorist, the flowers was not delivered. I enquired with their support, the feedback i received was thehat i got refunded. I checked my account, no refund was paid into my account. I requested proof of the refund, its been a month now and im still waiting for the proof of refund, numerous enquiries has been made and i just dont get any feedback...
