No refund more than a week later, no proof of payment either.

This company os a ****, first they made me pay for an item they never had. Or was received and ready to be delivered by 6th December 2021, only for them to cancel the order on the 4th of December stating that they are out of stock, I have since requested for my refund and i was told 1-3 days but a week later i still do not have my refund. They keep telling me it was processed. I asked for proof of payment and they keep telling me I will get it tomorrow, has been tomorrow, to date no proof of payment, no refund received. Becareful of this online ********.
