no refund and a month gone

not even worth the one star on the 26th of April I order a gift for my fiancee birthday which was on the 7th of May everything went fine and the delivery date was confirmed for the 7th May payment made received my invoice ,...come 7th May and nothing arrived contacted them they informed me no it will be delivered on the 8th May than later that night I get an email from Bronwin to state they can't deliver it and will only be delivered on the 30th May I informed her that the whole point is lost and please refund me she apparently processed the refund on the 8th of May and advised it will take up to 10 days ...10 days gone and still nothing email them again and apparently it wasn't logged and I have to wait another 10 days its now over a month and I still didn't get my money I have asked them numerous times to phone as I did use them quiet often however nothing, instead recieved an email from Tayler Mizra stating my complaint is closed however it is not!!!! Thanks Bronwin Michael's and Tayler Mizra I will he taking this further to the ombudsman
