No Refund after more than a month

<p>I had to cancel my valentine’s order ********** 72. After numerous emails and chats on the website I have been promised 4 times that they will contact me in regards to the refund that has been the same response from 11 February, with no call or information regarding the refund. It has been more than a month now and still no refund and it is an amount of R649.00…</p>
