No real intention to incentivise loyal customers

I spend thousand with you and you send me lousy R100 voucher at 11am and it expires the same day. I only picked up the mail THE NEXT DAY, because I was away from my mail.

If you REALLY have the intention of sending gift vouchers, don't give people a few hours to use it. A REAL carding company will give more time.

What a sad story!!!
