No magic in this Abracadabra range

<p>I received flowers as a presnt, however to my disappointment, they were very small in size, withered, hard (almost crispy) and lifeless really. I then called to request a new batch and I was told by Candice "that's how they are meant to look". She then requested me to send a picture and she would request a new bouquet. No follow up was done by her, but I did call again and within an hour, I received a new bouquet... needless to say, it still looks the same.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
