No Joy from Netflorist !!!

On sunday the 17th of May 2020 for the first time i made a online purchase from netflorist and it stated that the item i bought would delivered on Monday 18th May 2020. i was charged and immediately the money was taken out of my account which i didnt have a problem with.However , I received an email saying the item was delivered . Today is the 26th May 2020 and nothing has been delivered ...Ive emailed them only to get an automatic response saying my ticket has been recieved .When i try calling them im on hold for over an hour. This is absolutely pathetic service and i would advise never to purchase from Netflorist ever !
