No joke from these jokers.

I’m not at all surprised to see the negative reviews of this business today. Wrapped up in this trying to be so funny In their business advertising, the web and their pitiful communication, is the sad fact that they’re a bigger joke than anything they spew out. I tried ordering two jewelry pieces from their Netjewel subsidiary. Advice - steer well clear. They are simply not up to the task of online shopping. They don’t give an address to send a POP, days after the order, in drips and drabs they want a copy of my ID, a copy of my card. Later, proof I paid. It was only my contacting them that they had never asked for a ring size, that these individual, separate requests come through. To date, they’ve never asked for the size. What they don’t understand in their business, be it flowers ir gifts, timing and accuracy if the delivery is critical. Pushed from pillar to post by different individuals at different mail addresses, I’m no closer to a resolution. I asked that my order is cancelled. I can only see that this is going to a huge issue ahead. Don’t touch them.
