NO GIFT FOR VALENTINES

I ordered a valentines hamper on the 9th of Feb to be delivered on Friday 13Feb. I STILL have not received my gift. I phoned the call centre on Friday (took me 15min to get hold of someone). They could not tell me where my order was, nor when I will be able to receive it. The call centre agent kept telling me to phone back but could not give me any answers. On Saturday I did not hear from them. When I phoned on Tuesday (17 Feb) the lady asked me if she should send the parcel out for delivery, meaning they haven't even released the parcel. It is now Wednesday. NOW I get an email stating they cant find the address. Its the same address I've used almost 6 times before. No one tried to phone me with regards to this but now she says they phoned me and cant find the address. They are now blaming me basically and saying I supp**** the wrong info. I am so disappointed. I had to buy a different gift somewhere else because of them. They cost me R390 for nothing plus extra for the new gift. I will NEVER use them again!
