No gift for Valentine on Valentine's day

I placed an order with Yonela from Netflorist on the 10-February-2015 for a couple of items to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's day, the 14-February-2015. My wife needed a watch, so I thought it a good idea to order the watch from Netflorist to be sent with the rest of the flowers, chocolates, wine, etc on the same day. They delivered everything but the one important item that would have really made my wife's day special. The worst thing about this, is that, today is the 23-February-2015, almost 10 days past the delivery date, and after I spent everyday since last week trying to get an answer or a commitment as to why and when the item hasn't been delivered, I still get no response and delivery on the watch that I ordered and paid for!! Imagine what it feels like trying to determine whether your partner received a gift that you had arranged for her on a special day, only to find out from her that she received no such gift, and then trying to answer her as to what the gift was suppose to be.
