No free Lindt chocs as advertised

I ordered a orchid and on the link picture on main page it had a bubble saying that it included free Lindt chocs. On delivery no chocs was included. I then sent a inquiry and the response was that I chose the incorrect code. How is it possible that I click on a picture that advertises free chocs and no different codes - yet I chose a incorrect code. Rene Malan then simply closed the case without finalizing the query. Will definitely never make use of netflorist again
