No free Lindt chocolates

I ordered flowers from NetFlorist for Valentines Day and expected free Lindt chocolates as advertised, as my order was placed on 5 Feb (order number ***), 5 days before the 10 Feb cut-off. <br> <br> Unfortunately no Lindt chocolates arrived. Had I known this, I would have bought my wife chocolates myself. <br> <br> Disappointing gimmick from Netflorist.
