No "Free" Chocolates with Father's Day Order from NetFlorist

Based on my recent order I am a bit disappointed. I saw the free Ferrero chocolate special for Father's Day and wanted to scoop up the offer. Online I saw the order had to be R550 or more so I made sure to get a gift that qualifies. I received an email after purchase that I qualify for the free chocolates, but upon delivery this morning to my father, he didn't get them. I will be emailing NetFlorist to resolve this issue, but honestly just let down by the whole offer.
