No flowers on Mothersday

Placed an order for flowers with a surcharge to go to a different region, paid for this a week in advance for delivery on Saturday. On Saturday I received a late call asking if the flowers could be delivered on Monday rather as there was a mishap due to \load shedding". I did not agree to this and requested a call back with a better solution"
