No flowers from Netflorist

Ordered flowers for my wife, to be delivered at her office, then she returns early home. Phoned Netflorist and arranged to deliver at my house, the lady agreed telephonically that it will be delivered today still at my house.

then only to ser an email at 16h00 that they're scheduled the delivery. Then when I phoned they said no apologies they went to deliver at her office.

thanks netflorist I needed the flowers today, we Agreed for today

Thank you for wasting my money, as the meaning of the flowers tomorrow will not be the same as today.
