No flowers delivered on Valentines Day

I am so disappointed, disillusioned and irritated with NETFLORIST’s service.

I ordered red roses in wooden heart box to be delivered on behalf of my son to his girlfriend on Valentines Day. One was delivered efficiently in Stellenbosch and the other NOT.

One of the deliveries was for a pupil at St Marys Waverley and was apparently delivered at 19:28 last night which is completely unacceptable. The flowers were accepted by McDonalds security. St Marys security company is 24/7. The flowers cannot be traced. But the issue is that you did not deliver during school hours so the entire gesture and idea was ruined by your company’s poor service and delivery.

I tried numerous times to contact NETFLORIST yesterday however no one answered a call on any number. I sent about four emails and no one rep****.

My son is at boarding school and wanted his girlfriend to receive the flowers for Valentine’s Day and he is so disappointed and sad that it didn’t happen.

I will not accept any excuse about the weather or load shedding or that it’s a busy day for NETFLORIST. They should have foreseen these issues. Surely their logistics or admin department can see that the delivery is for a school girl and arrange a suitable delivery time. Waverley is a central location.

I am still unable to contact anyone at NETFLORIST - no answer.
