NO FLOWERS BUT BALOONS ARRIVED

placed and did EFT for an order on 4.2 box of red roses and anniversary baloons for 7.2.2014. Baloons arrived but no flowers. foned call centre they said it would arrive later on with the couriers RAM. 9.2.2014 i foned call centre, Susan answered call. i asked them to tell me where flowers were? she said she could send them and i rep**** it was for 7.2 and not for 9.2. i asked her to refund me the flowers plus bank charges and get a formal apology for the inconvenience and problems these roses gave me!!! Susan came back regarding the refund that would take 7 working days to be put back into my account. i was not a happy client ! it takes 10 mins to do an eft and 7 days for a refund? not right. i ordered R2500 worth of orders that day and is this the way loyal customers are treated? guess not ordering from them no more :)
