No flower delivery??

I placed my order for flowers for my mom for her birthday on the 5th, to be delivered on the 9th. With their terms and conditions, they cannot promise delivery time. However, it is already after 4pm in the evening, and no flowers yet?? And no response from them either! I am so disappointed, as I wanted to make my mom's day special. Don't think I will be making use of this service again.
