NO FLORIST = NETFLORIST

NETFLORIST you should be really ashamed the service i got was disgusting to say the least!!! First of all i would just like to say thank you to Shuaib the consultant who assisted me yesterday...I placed an order before 8 on Monday morning hoping it would be delivered that same day. Monday after 2 i spoke to Karabo as they said they could not get a hold of the recipient i asked him to try again and please get back to me so we can figure out something my call was never returned i then thought they got a hold of her. 1)Yesterday i find out they ran out of stock ?2)They are not sure which side of the building to enter according to Tebogo? His story was they cannot deliver the same plant as the day before it needs to be replanted but why not tell me there was no stock?STORIES NOT ADDING UPit made me more angry... UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION I spoke to Shuaib and he tried his best i had to choose something else yesterday and i asked for my gift to be a priority for delivery this morning as i have been asking on Tuesday morning-After talking to Shuaib i got a voucher as the other gift i chose was R10 more including delivery its 3 days now ,I'm writing this and i'm still fuming because as i see on the system NOW 12:19 it is still not delivered an item which was due to be delivered on Monday already?We understand the current situation but there is nothing wrong with telling people if you cannot make delivery or you ran out of stock ahead of time-empty promises do not make happy customers .Take pride in your job especially when you deliver a service.
