No Feedback for over a month to book a spa treat

Numerous emails has been sent to Netflorist with regards to a booking that was suppose to happen with the spa for over a month nothing has happened. Lerato Tshwaela [Email Removed] keeps on responding the spa will contact you this is now over a month and nothing is done.
