No delivery!!! ***

When placing an order when you are overseas and it's a special day, you actually expect it to be delivered on time. My delivery date was for Saturday 5th December... it STILL has not been delivered yet you took the money off my credit card... *** with this **** service????. I want a damn refund and keep your goods you BUNCH of *******.
