No delivery & still no response!

We ordered a birthday bouquet for my partner's mom in the UK, delivery for the 20th Nov. No show from the florist on her special day. I called the call centre on Saturday, spoke to Njabulo, he told me he would follow up with the florist in the UK and get back to me. No follow up from Njabulo, so I called the call centre number again this morning at 8:30am. Another agent told me they will email the florist again to find out what is going on - I asked her why don't you phone as the delivery is now 3 days late???? I demanded a response of which she told me Njabulo would come back to me by 9:30am with feedback. Surprise, surprise......still no call from Netflorist! Disgusting service...very disappointed!
