No Delivery Received for Valentines Day

Firstly I would like to say I disgust by your unprofessional *********** way of handling my order.

Your customer service is pathetic. You need to be SHUT DOWN!

I placed my order on the 12 of February 2018 and yesterday I kept phoning your contact centre held on for 15 minutes and no one answered the call after my 5 attempts I gave up.

I sent through numerous emails I also didn’t get any updates or responses.

Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and your company just destroyed my wife’s surprise!

I WANT A FULL REFUND AND I AM GOING TO LIST YOUR COMPANY ON ALL MEDIA WEBSITES AND ON TELEVISION.

I ordered for the first time because people spoke so highly of your service but to my disappointment I got this service.
