No delivery received

I ordered a package to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's day. I received an email stating that my wife signed for it. My wife never received the gift and this is the 3rd time in 5 years that Netflorist makes me look like a heartless husband (please check my profile on your side to prove this)

I have sent a mail were I asked for the paperwork where you claim my wife signed but I have not received any feedback as yet.

Netflorist really makes me look like a **** husband for so long - I am not impressed.

Please return my money to me and please don't offer me a voucher like you always do but that doesn't mean anything because every once a year that supposed voucher is always missing.

You guys sux!!!!
