No Delivery Poor service

Good day,

Please note that I made an order early mornings of Friday and was advised that if they cannot deliver my order by the same day. I will get a call or the receipient will be called to get an alternative dress, which has not been done and by Saturday my gift had not been deilvered. Today its Monday and yet my gift has not been delivered, so I called in and spoke to warren who advised that he will send me an email with no luck. Kindly proceed to cancel my order as I have been scorned and humiliated by not being able to deliver my message in time to my partner celebrating a special moment in her life
