No delivery, poor service

This has been the most terrible experience I have ever had with a company. I’ve spent 54 minutes total on the phone with consultants making promises of delivery, but nothing has arrived. I ask to speak to managers but am told they are in meetings and have no time for customers. The gift I ordered was for someone who is leaving to go back overseas tonight. I ordered the item 1 week in advance. They are over priced and the only thing that makes their service valuable is the promise of delivery, which I never got.
