No delivery on Valentines day

"I ordered a Valentine's gift for my wife and it was supposed to be delivered today. However, it's now past 4 pm on 14th February and the gift is still out for delivery. It seems that NetFlorist is unable to handle the high volume of orders, which is disappointing.

I have decided not to order from them again in the future."
