No Delivery on Valentines Day

I placed an order on the 8 February 2015 for delivery on 14 February 2014 VALENTINES DAY. At 1pm today they still did not deliver. When I called in I spoke to a Nomvaliso who **** that no one was at home, and they can deliver on Monday. (SERIOUSLY). The sender nor the receiver was called or notified, and the \Idiom"Nomvaliso just laughed"
