No delivery on Valentine's day

<p>I'm really dissapointed with the service.<br />My order has been in transit since 11am.</p> <p>Got an email at 15:30 to say it had left the building.<br />I called to find out the progress and was on hold for 20+ minutes, when somebody finally took my call, they hung up on me - Twice!</p> <p>Surely they should have anticipated high-call volumes on busy days such as these, was there any provision made for the extra calls they'd get? And the 'reply within 9 business hours' is really ridiculous. I was unable to get information on why my order was not arriving. The occasion has since passed, it being delivered tomorrow (or whenever it will finally get here) is useless really.</p> <p>A courtesy call/sms/email to explain that the delivery would not take place would have been enough.</p>
