No Delivery on required date

Ordered on the 26/01/15 for delivery on the 29/1/15 <br> *** <br> NO DELIVERY even after confirming delivery times. <br> It was to be delivered to a business, so YES there was someone there to accept the delivery.<br> No phone calls was received from you or the courier company. <br> <br> This was for a BIRTHDAY on the 29th. I had to go out and spend more money on another gift.... <br> <br> You want to charge me cancellation fees if I cancel the order for not being delivered on time? <br> <br> The order was placed with you NOT the courier company, so DON'T blame them.<br>
