No delivery on promises.

Second year in a row that I place an order with Netflorist and the flowers are not delivered. Last year it was delivered the day after Valentines day. No apology. This year I placed the order two weeks prior to delivery date to avoid this and once again my order has not been delivered. I even phoned and was told it will be delivered on Valentines day. No delivery again. How does this work? Why advertise free Lindt chocolates with delivery if they can't even deliver the order!!! Poor poor service. Truly soo dissapointing to have this again!
