No delivery on flowers for birthday

I placed this order on Saturday for delivery today (Monday 30/11/15) for my mother-in-law's birthday, which is today. At 16:30 today, I tracked the order to see it was not delivered it, but still out. I called as I was concerned about the state of the flowers in this heat, as my delivery on 11/11/2015, was done so late & the flowers had been in the van all day, that they were wilted. I was told, that the driver won't be delivering today as he tried to call me & the recipient (lie number 1). Then the lady I spoke to, Salomie Bitswane, tells me the driver says he went there but there were no numbers on the houses (this is lie number 2) as my in-laws have the number 227 painted very big on the wall . Then she says he says no one was home, but my mother-in-law is retired, she has a full time domestic and they have tenants - there is always someone home (lie number 3). Obviously all a lie as was it that there were no numbers or that no one was home?! She then told me it will be delivered tomorrow, to which I rep**** this is unacceptable - her birthday is today not tomorrow & the flowers will be terrible by tomorrow. She then promised it will be done today, but at 8pm no delivery!
