No delivery on birthday

I ordered flowers for my mother in law through NETflorist at about 11am, I phoned first before placing the order and they assured me it will be delivered today, At about 4pm i phoned to esquire what the progress was, The person on the call center then told me that the local florist was not going to make it but they can deliver tomorrow...!!!??? really? its a BIRTHDAY TODAY, not tomorrow. absolutely useless service, advertising same day delivery!!
