No Delivery of Valentines Gift!!!

<p>I am completly disgrantled at the service delivery of NetFlorist. On the one day in the year where they are supposed to be the most efficient, they fail to deliver an oder that was ordered and paid before Valentines and yet they claim to be a same day delivery company! Worst part is that the delivery was meant for Rosebank Mall, its not like they got lost! They then called to say they would deliver today which is day after Valentines and guess what, still no delivery. Its unacceptable and i just want my money back because they could not meet their end of the bargain. Never using them again, would rather buy the flowers and gifts elsewhere and deliver them myself! Mismanagement at its best!!!</p>
