No Delivery, No Feedback

On Monday 18 May I ordered flower for delivery in Belguim. I requested that it be delivered on 20 May. on Thursday it was not yet delivered. (although according to NetFlorist is was delivered on the 20th). On Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 10:48 AM I send a mail requesting feedback with regards to the fact that they said it was delivered and it was not received. On Fri, May 22, 2015 at 2:33 PM I received a response indicating that they will get back to me. I have not had any response and have indicated that i would like to cancel the order, which has also not been done.
