No Delivery, No answer

My valentine's day gift was no delivered to me I then spent hours ho;ding on the line to query, to no avail

This morning the 15th Feb 2018, I am STILL holding waiting to speak to someone who can tell me when I can expect the delivery.

Terrible, terrible service
