NO DELIVERY NO ACCOUNTABILITY

My colleagues at work arranged for a surprise gift to be delivered for my birthday 10Jan. The driver rocked up at my offices at 16h55 to deliver the parcel. I then changed the address to my residence address. No one at Netflorist can confirm that I will receive the parcel before 5pm today. I must wait till 8pm for the delivery. NetFlorist is just useless. Business address are prioritized over residential address. What was supposed to be special and a surprise has turned into a disaster. How can they not track and trace their drivers. Pathetic service. I will never use NetFlorist and never recommend it to anyone.
