No Delivery, Never using again

Ordered flowers for delivery 8 April, today is the 16th, still no delivery and absolutely no communications from Netflorist. Website just shows order being processed. Emailed twice, first time I got a response that the ticket was closed, but with no communication to me. Second email just went unanswered.<br> <br> I you want to waste your money and disappoint your loved ones, NetFlorist is the way to go. Utterly useless.
