No delivery - money ******

I ordered on the 3rd February, and on the 7th I was told the delivery would take place. I then received an sms saying it’s been delivered. Nothing was delivered. I sent an email requesting an update and was told they’re out of stock, I requested a refund and they said they’d credit my account. On the 18th i followed up and was told they’d refund into my bank account, they didn’t even ask for my account details.

It’s the 17th March and it seems Netflorist has just proved it’s worthlessness.

This is the second time an order is confirmed and no plants are available.

This time, they just proved how *********** they are. I received no email or communication since. And no refund in my bank account or credit in my Netflorist account.

I wish to get my refund so I can cut my ties with Netflorist.
