No delivery, money gone

I paid for an order to be delivered yesterday and it was not. Now I am spending more money calling multiple times and waiting for so long to get help. I couldn't even be told that these items cant be delivered. I am the one who has to spend time and money chasing after you. Your service is ****py really. Why are you taking orders if you know you will not deliver them?

Why I am I even asking because ofcourse after taking money you couldn't give a ****. You have what matters and keeps you in business.
