No delivery, horrible service, ******* products

<br> I ordered flowers for delivery on 13/02/2015, flowers were not delivered before close of business on this day.<br> The flowers were subsequently delivered on the 16/02/2015 in a shocking state.<br> Flowers stale and black and chocolates melted.<br> I called to complain and was on the phone for - 1 hour with your call centre both on the 13th and after.<br> I was assured 9 days ago that I will be refunded in 7 working days.<br> I am still not refunded.<br> The service I got was and is disgusting!!!<br> I want to be reimbursed for my order and I should be reimbursed for my call charges.<br> I will be going to hellopeter and to the business day with this complaint.<br> Totally disgusting!!!<br> When can I expect my refund???<br> then told my refund will be processed in 7 days its 2 weeks later no refund and they send an email to say my order is closed....<br> SHOCKINGLY DISGUSTING NEVER USE NETFLORIST IF YOURE LOOKING TO SEND GIFTS NEVER USE NETFLORIST DONT!!!!!<br>
