No Delivery fron 21st December in the Hartebees****rt area - the florist closed

I came back from holiday excited to hear how my niece had liked her flowers delivered to her on the 21st of December for her 18th birthday. I wanted to make it special as I wasnt there. I ordered the flowers well in advance (almost 10 days in advance). To my suprise the chocolates and gift I added on as a spur of the moment thing arrived, but not the flowers. When I asked what had happened I was told that they were sorry - the florist had closed for Xmas on the 21st! Apparantly there is NO OTHER FLORIST in the area which means that no-one in the Hartebee****rt/ Pecanwood area received flowers and no-one was told this. They will deliver the flowers today which is NO GOOD as my niece is in Durban and somehow they can't seem to deliver on a date that would suit me. Oh and to compensate I get a R150 voucher - I can't buy a thing at Netflorist for R150 so that means I have to go back in and spend more money that may or may not be delivered. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't redo a special 18th birthday. And R150 isn't any kind of recompense. I would expect at least the flowers and the delivery charge to be refunded to me - not a voucher that requires me to spend more money.
